How To Make Aloo Palak INGREDIENTS: 2 bunch palak / spinach (200 to 250 grams)  water 4 medium sized potatoes 3 green chilli 3 tsp oil 1 tsp ghee 1 inch cinnamon 4 cloves 1 pod cardamom 1 bay leaf / tej patta ¼ tsp turmeric powder ¼ tsp asafetida (hing). 2 onion, finely chopped(medium sized) 2 tomato, finely chopped Salt (as per your taste) ¼ tsp garam masala 1 tsp besan paste(optional)   INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: Boil or steam 4 medium sized potatoes in a pressure cooker or Vessel, Till   the potatoes are completely cooked. Step 2:Then peel and cut the boiled potatoes into dice. Keep aside. Step 3: For Blanching Palak , take plucked   palak leaves in large bowl and wash it well to remove mud from it.Strain the leaves to remove extra water. Step 4:  Boil 3 cups water in a pan. How To Make Dal Palak INGREDIENTS: ·        1 small cup Dal ·        1 bunch palak spinach ·        Cooking oil( I used coconut oil) ·        cumin seeds ·        5 clove garlic ·        1 inch chopped ginger. ·        2 chopped green chilies ·        Kari leave ·        1 sliced Onion ·        ½ tsp red chili powder ·        ¼ tsp asafetida (hing). INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: Take a Dal in a vessel and rinse it. Pressure cook the lentils with 1 tsp coconut oil or piece of grated coconut for 1 or 2 whistles (coconut oil help to boil lentils quickly even in hard water). Mash the lentils and keep aside. Step 2: Wash 1 bunch palak spinach leaves. Chop them finely and keep aside. Step 3 : In a pan or kadai, heat 2 or 3 tbsp oil. Fry 1 tsp cumin seeds, when the cumin seeds sizzle, add 5 clove garlic, 1 inch chopped ginger.                         How To Make Palak Rice INGREDIENTS: ·        2 cup   Basumathi rice/Sonamasuri rice   ·        4 cup   Palak leaves( roughly chopped) ·        3 Green chilli ·        ½ inch ginger ·        5 garlic cloves ·        2 tbsp oil ·        1 inch cinnamon ·        4 cloves ·        2 pod cardamom ·        1 bay leaf / tej patta ·        ¼ tsp turmeric powder ·        1 tsp cumin seeds ·        1 onion, finely chopped(medium sized) ·        Water (basumathi rice 3 cup water / sonamasuri rice 4 cup water) ·        Salt (as per your taste) ·        lemon juice.   INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: Rinse the Palak leaves very well and roughly chop them and also rinse the rice in a vessel and keep aside Step 2: Now add the spinach leaves in a blender or grinder jar. How To Make Palak Paneer INGREDIENTS: 2 bunch palak / spinach (200 to 250 grams) Paneer /cottage Cheese   (150 grams) 5 cup water 1 inch ginger 1 clove garlic 4 green chilli 8 pieces cashew 3 tsp oil 1 tsp ghee 1 tsp cumin 1 inch cinnamon 4 cloves 1 pod cardamom 1 bay leaf / tej patta ¼ tsp turmeric powder 2 onion, finely chopped(medium sized) 2 tomato, finely chopped Salt (as per your taste) ¼ tsp garam masala INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: Pluck only good palak leaves and discard the stem and leaves which looks like insected .Then take plucked the palak leaves in large bowl and wash it well to remove mud from it. A Story- Way to Happiness An old man lived in the village. He was one of the most saddest and unsatisfied person in that village. The whole village was fed up by old man’s unfortunate behaviour that     he was always sad, constantly complaining about others and was always in a bad mood with lot of unsatisfactions. The  longer he lived, the more bile he was becoming and the more poisonous were his words. People started avoided him, because his misfortune became contagious.
