How To Make Aloo Palak INGREDIENTS: 2 bunch palak / spinach (200 to 250 grams) water 4 medium sized potatoes 3 green chilli 3 tsp oil 1 tsp ghee 1 inch cinnamon 4 cloves 1 pod cardamom 1 bay leaf / tej patta ¼ tsp turmeric powder ¼ tsp asafetida (hing). 2 onion, finely chopped(medium sized) 2 tomato, finely chopped Salt (as per your taste) ¼ tsp garam masala 1 tsp besan paste(optional) INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: Boil or steam 4 medium sized potatoes in a pressure cooker or Vessel, Till the potatoes are completely cooked. Step 2:Then peel and cut the boiled potatoes into dice. Keep aside. Step 3: For Blanching Palak , take plucked palak leaves in large bowl and wash it well to remove mud from it.Strain the leaves to remove extra water. Step 4: Boil 3 cups water in a pan.
